Inspired by the UGA fan actually watching Finebaum….loser
I listened back during the hiring era when Saban was hired and that was it. I’ve never turned the dial to that penis since then. That was damn 18 years ago
What other states have a Finebaum? Why he triggers anyone or why anybody pays attention is beyond me, but he’s the only radio phaggot ever brought up on here.
Is he LSU’s Moscana?

No other state deserves a Finebaum.

I wonder if there is a Paul Finebaum somewhere in Communist China? If so, they have my sympathy.

As a Texas fan and not that familiar with the SEC, I always thought he was a Bama Homer .

Listened to his radio show in 90s. Dude was a master. Think Pauline Kael of sportswriters. On surface, he brings nothing to table yet here he is.

Let me see, do we have a show where the most illiterate people in our state call in and publicly make our entire state look we are made of up of inbred morons?
Nope, we don’t have a show like that. I can’t imagine why not.

Pre-SEC Network, Finebaum was possibly best sports radio show in the country. Now it's just mind-numbing.

Their population is close to 1.5 billion. They have several Finebaum's.

Tennessee has a guy named Tony Basilio and his radio show is either loved or hated because he likes to stir sh#t up and has a bevy of character callers.
He usually does a postgame show for football, basketball and baseball and those go for hours, with a bunch of drunken idiots. It’s usually can’t miss radio. He also funds his own program and pays for his radio time, which is admirable in todays media landscape.

Finebaum in the late-90s/early-00s was some of the most entertaining sports radio anywhere in the country. The callers were absolutely legendary and redneck. There wasn't anything else like it on the airwaves.

When I lived in Charlotte we had prime time with the pack. Best sports radio show I’ve ever listened to. Only two rules on the show, callers had to talk about sports and the team had to be from the south. Mostly all college talk with a sprinkling of shitting all over panthers and cowboys

Why is this downvoted? It absolutely was amazing radio. And people don’t realize that before Finebaum, no one was really letting callers do much on a show. Finebaum created an entire radio genre, and it was brilliant for its time. Add in the large population of entitled, pissed off redneck Bama fans between Stallings and Saban, and you had hours of entertainment every afternoon.
