I bet his donors are going to love that.
His donors will be the ones actually writing the law. There will be so many individual loopholes this thing will look like the Gordian knot....

Always the excuse of "we did just enough to delay the crisis, now we need extra taxes to eliminate it"
It is a shell game until you put their "science" to question....
re: Planet Fitness loses $400m market cap, doubles down on DEI
Posted by Texas Yarddog on 4/22/24 at 11:15 am
Planet Fitness is a franchise. I've often wondered if franchise agreements had a clause in it protecting corporate for causing loss of franchise owners. If not, this DEI BS could definitely be a case.
Same question with the AB/Inbev and distributors of Budweiser products.
and with Blackrock/...
re: 6 billion of the latest spending bill goes to pro-Hamas entities

So... everyone who voted for this bill is a traitor by definition of giving aid to our enemies.
Where can I invest in rope companies?...

If a dog bites a person a couple of things can happen. The owner (parents) can get sued and/or the animal is put down.

re: Tax Day Musings - Withholdings

Better than every month. Everyone pays quarterly like anyone else that doesn't get withholding or owns their own business.
My quarterly checks are the largest checks I have ever written and it isn't even close.
A lot of people would wake up and pay attention if this was the case. The politic...
re: Would you support government or Christian’s in the United States?
Posted by Texas Yarddog on 4/15/24 at 9:48 pm
In all honesty there isn't much that I support this federal government on at this time.
The Fed seems to be full of wastrels, thieves, authoritarians, and degenerates for the most part....
re: Homeowner who lost house to coastal erosion sues Government
Posted by Texas Yarddog on 4/15/24 at 11:21 am
Lol. A marine engineer doesn't know how waves and coastal erosion work.
I'm a civil engineer and even I know that, if you build your home next to an eroding shoreline, it is only a matter of time. Maybe today, maybe tomorrow, maybe in 100yrs....

Led the riot.... LED
The only people who could've been said to have led J6 is Ray Epps or that buffalo-headed cosplayer.
Trump not only wasn't there, but called for the crowd to stand down....

re: Why does the Biden admin want all this chaos?
Posted by Texas Yarddog on 4/15/24 at 8:54 am
The people currently in power realized they had to cheat their collective asses off to win in 2020.
They hated America then and even more now (especially the unwashed "deplorable" middle class). Once you understand that, all choices whether it be inflationary, importing replacements, or sendin...
Everything, literally everything can be considered an “assault weapon”.
A weapon is a tool. Until we address the personal use of that tool, we will never address the root cause of assaults. Blaming/banning an inanimate object is both lazy and incompetent. Prohibition only works ...

It won't stop until voter fraud is added to the definition of treason and punished as such.
The most sacred act of a citizen in the Republic is to vote. Defrauding elections should hold the highest punishment in the Republic.
Hang a few traitors in the public square and this BS stops the next...
