The NCAA has nothing to do at all with football national titles. Zero. In 1938 24 selectors selected Tennessee and 14 selected TCU.
Just because the AP, which had been around for 2 years at the time, chose TCU does not mean anything.
I've seen you post that link before, but I do not understand why you feel the NCAA is some kind of authority on this.

I wouldn't say we deserve it more than other teams, but SOS should have more involvement in the voting.

I feel like the Arkansas Razorbacks deserve all the success they earn on the field or the court. Nothing that happened before entitles us to anything. This is the SEC. Everything a team gets what they deserve, because they earned it.

Many schools can say they deserved to win a game or a championship due to certain things that happened that robbed them of their shot but no school deserves anything it didn't earn on the field.

They didn't get screwed. They won the national championship and were considered national champions by the overwhelming majority of selectors. Just because a fan of a team that didn't start playing serious football until the 90's disagrees doesn't make him right.
