Oklahoma has eight man... We have a 45 point mercy rule which is routinely administered.

Texas has six man... which is just crazy...

Every game has basketball scores.

Nope. I’ve heard of 6 man in Texas - never seen it. None of that in Louisiana.

I think some smaller schools in Eastern KY used to before consolidation many moons ago. Don't think anyone does that here anymore to my knowledge.

Our state does have an 8 man division. It’s tiny and only includes the smallest of the Christian Academies.

It's for small towns and remote areas where there's not enough players for 11 on 11. Do a minute of research

Quick since ypu know so much, and without Google. Who is the highest ranking NFL draftee that started out in 8 man football?

Should not be a problem for a smart guy like you.

Well, since Capn_Hamburger Meat is still seraching Google for the answer.

Dean Steinkuhler. He played for Nebraska and was the 2nd overall draft pick.

A very dominate O-lineman for the Huskers in the early 80s.

Still have 8 man in SC. As posted earlier, it’s mostly the small religious schools that still play.

Well, I'm using this concept known as latitude in determining that every other school in this conference is indeed south of us.

You got me.

Heard that Louisiana homeschool league plays 8-man. But it doesn’t exist within LHSAA.

Yeah ours is managed but AISA, which handles all of the Christian schools, rather than AHSAA.
