All four travel east to take on a founding SEC school. Okie, Aggie and Mizzou all have a monumental task ahead of them. Texas might be favored, but that game is a tossup, IMO.
Could be a good week for "the SEC Uncs/y'all ain't SEC" crowd.

So what SEC East schools has Utx played year after year?
Even when Utx and TAMU were in the SIAA they did not play these far away games, they played SEC West teams so the fans could travel better.
You must be new to college football.

The University of Tennessee, one the founding members of the Southeastern Conference, beats Texas. Time of the game and the crowd at General Neyland's stadium will be too much for Arch to overcome.

Yes
The shortest distances between 2 teams is related to the travel ability of the fans. Why do you think the most heated long term rivals are in state, or across a single state line.
When you are on the road 2 days straight, that is a big ask. I have driven non stop to the far west for a game. However, I note the following
2 drivers, when you stop, 1 pisses, the other fills the gas tank
4 cartons of Camels
2 cases of Mountain Dew (48 cans)
2 cases of Root Beer (48 cans)
Vittles in the car to sustain us without needing outside food
Age of drivers are under 30, if under 50, add a day, after 50, improbable

Do you truly believe State fans after suffering losses 19 of the last 21 conference games are that confident? We got boat raced last year.

Tennessee has the most intimidating venue in the SEC by far. Probably Florida second

In one way Oklahoma has already spoiled Georgia's season, costing them an appearance by College GameDay which would have been in Athens had OU beaten UM but is now heading for Knoxville.

Honestly I think it's a lot more a tossup that people want to believe. Media has had Texas on a pedestal like they were 2010s Bama and I really don't understand it.
Take last year for example. Texas SEC road games...
Convincing Loss vs 4-8 Florida
OT win vs 5-7 Kentucky
OT win vs 5-8 MissSt
Blowout loss vs 12-2 Georgia
Yet people still think Texas is going to go to Neyland (for their first time ever) and just cruise to a win? I'll be way more impressed if they win by 2+ scores @ Tennessee than I was with that home win vs OSU honestly.
