Saw online where it has been reported Bo Nix will be announcing next week he is transferring to Ole Piss. This was just hours after his gf posted a goodbye letter basically to Auburn about Bo. If true how do you feel about the rumors

I don’t like this transfer bs. I think he should stay at Auburn or go to another conference

He will finally get a good QB coach who can properly develop him. I won’t be upset with it

Bo Nix to Ole Miss would be very concerning to me as a Bama fan. He can make NFL throws and is mobile. Under Kiffin, he’d be a damn problem for us all, IMO.

Kiffin will get more out of him and build an offense around his skill set instead of forcing him to run a system that doesn’t fit him. Who knows if he actually comes though. Transfer portal stuff is wild.

If that turns out to be true we will know it was more about his hurt feelings from being benched than it was about gaining a better opportunity for his NFL future

That would be a terrible decision for sure.

Best QB available at this point. I think he is better than that Dillon Gabriel guy everyone wanted. Bo Nix can play in the SEC West. Some of the games, he was an amazing QB (i.e. LSU, Ole Miss, Arkansas). If Lane can keep him consistent, I think Ole Miss wouldn't miss a beat.

I think he’ll be dangerous in a Kiffin offense.

Curious to see what Kiffin could do with him.

I still don't see him making the big leap to where he was projected to be out of high school. That's why he is now rated as a 3*.

Yep. I think Kiffin and Nix would be a great pairing. As much as I hate OM, I’d still love to see it. Hope it happens.

My initial thought was that i wasnt a fan.

That being said i have been vocal on here and everywhere that anyone is dumb for thinking they know better than Kiffin does for what he wants in his QB.

If Kiffin wants Bo then i want Bo.

We need a transfer QB so whoever we can get would be a plus.

If it's Nix then so be it.

He will be fantastic in 1/3 of the games, pretty good in 1/3, and really bad in 1/3. It is who he is.

ETA: I’m sure one of the games he’ll be fantastic in will be against Auburn

Bo Nix kinda fits the scheme and Kiffin is really hands on with limited QBs. If he can win the SEC and manage to make a heisman finalist out of a WR with a converted tailback at QB...if he can win a national title with a pretty limited thrower in Jacob Coker...he can win with Bo Nix.

It is all about the talent around Nix and it seems like Ole Miss ought to have some pieces for Kiffin to use to maximize Nix as a college quarterback.
