Sorry gump but if you watch the video there's no white stuff that gets thrown up when he picks his foot up. Call was right.

It's on turf.

I can clearly see his foot on the line.

I can conclude it.

I am not necassarily disagreeing but did anybody notice what a crappy
Straight line that out bounds white line is?

There's more soccer games played on that field than football games.

Don't think that's correct...AU plays 17 home games I believe and between the Falcons,HS FB and CFB I'd bet that there's more than 20+ FB games.

He looked out. But had his foot been 6 inches further downfield he’d clearly be in.

They can play more than that with the playoffs and US Open Cup. They played the All-Star game there this year. There will also be international games and friendlies there, which will easily take it over 20 games a year.

Officials got it right. About time Alabama learns how it feels.

Did his foot touch the line? Yes.

Is it clear that he is on the line? Not conclusive.

On the line and touching the line are 2 different things. This call goes either way, and I don't think either team can complain.

Probably close to a wash...counted a total 11 NFL minumum,4 CFB and 12 HS FB (Corky Kell and playoffs)

Obviously more dates assigned to A U

It’s questionable, much like the Eric Reid interception in the GOTC. But I think both plays were gonna stand as they were initially called because there was just no way to be conclusive.

He's out, no green showing, but what are you gonna do. They didn't call it right originally, shite happens

I jumped up and down after this play. He was out. Even Herbstreit said wow after that play held up. On the TD right before the half that Georgia got there was a holding call that was about as obvious as ever. We overcame the Dawgs, the crowd, Jalen and the refs that night.

All in all it worked out good but when the out of bounds bomb happened I said the refs flat just don't want Bama winning this game to just flat out ignore a foot out of bounds like that. I'm glad the CB didn't press on our OT TD or they would have thrown a flag on Devonte for pushing off to just nullify that TD. No doubt they wanted UGA to win that game.

Was the turf guy drunk? Look how uneven the out of bounds is! I’d say he’s in just because the sideline isn’t perfectly straight.

Dumb hick who didn’t watch the game. Once again.

Crooked or incompetent?

Bama got nearly every call that mattered.

Actually, Herbstreit commented - after that call - how UGA had been the beneficiary of all big calls up to that point.

This gets lost in the hysteria over ‘muh refs heppin’ Bama’ talk.

Very difficult to say. In the alotted time they had to review who knows? It's very difficult to tell from that picture, even. He might have stepped on the line. It looks like he probably stepped on the line, but is it incontrovertible that he stepped on the line? I mean, if you follow the line it looks pretty uneven.

Personally....the game is over and Alabama won. the scoreboard says so. It's silly to hang on to stuff like that. You can go all day long, but at the end of the day, Alabama won the game and not a single call will be overturned.

No because you can’t prove his foot was in the white.
