Did anyone have a clue Schloss was actually that elite of a coach?

Would never have know he was that damn good. A&M can’t even compete without him and Texas is rolling right away

Elite with zero national championships.

Let’s stick with he’s a good to great coach, but not elite.

He is elite. Programs he goes to immediately are at the top and when he leaves they are an embarrassment

CWS is a crapshoot once there

Well… if you look at how incredibly bad to mediocre TCU was before Schloss, and how much they improved, and were good under him, you’d know he was a damn good coach.

Then… look at A&M’s results under Childress his final 4 years, then seeing Schloss take them to the CWS Finals, that pretty much stamps how good Schloss is.

But he is EVIL.

Just ask A&M fans who, as they tend to do, immediately started to throw out wild accusations on the internet when things dont go their way.

And, as they tend to do, their fan base took those wild, baseless accusations from random internet dorks and treated them as facts immediately. Proof not necessary.

Ask any A&M fan and he is some combination of… a drunk, an adulterer, a drug addict, a sociopath, an abusive coach, a swinger, a tamperer… etc.

They have been doing same **** for decades. Making up lies regards to Texas to explain their inability to beat Texas on the field.

Those lies/conspiracies become undeniable truth within their echo chamber and then they begin to confidently project those lies as if its known fact.

Then you see other people/fanbases repeating their BS as if they’re stating common knowledge. Rinse, repeat. All the while the actual truth is… insecure, obsessed Aggie fans unable to deal with Texas being more accomplished than their school, so they make **** up to cope. And some of you dumbasses fall for it

He's a damn good coach.

Best at TCU all time
Best at A&M all time (in 3 years)

The biggest difference between this year and last year.. we aren't losing the games that we are supposed to win. Another big difference is that this team has confidence right now, but as we all know with baseball, that can change in a hurry..

My expectation right now is 15 to 19 Conference wins. A little higher than I said a few weeks ago, but we are not a juggernaut.

Hopefully we can host a regional. That gives us a shot..

I'll go ahead and admit I didnt expect the hitting to completely crater. We can debate til Stephen is off probation whether thats all Schloss, because Grahovic and Sorrell are hurt, or that the graduating pieces of the 2024 team were under appreciated by A&M fans and everyone else prior to this season.

They are downright putrid to watch right now.

Are you trying to tell me Bianco and Lemonis are elite? Or the dude at Coastal Carolina who made Omaha once in 29 years and won it all that one time?

TCU and A&M in baseball are akin to Cincinnati in football. If he goes 14 years at Texas without winning a title, then he'll truly be Brian Kelly.

Would Texas even let this guy go 14 years without a natty? Texas statistically makes the CWS every other year, so consistent appearances are the expectation.

It took Schloss 20+ years to make a CWS final and he completely pissed his pants with 7 outs to go

Not to mention he's a steaming pile of shite.

College baseball doesn't do midseason firings very often but being the Tx State assistant was probably never very high on his list of things to do.

Yet I have never seen them provide any proof.

CDC and Schloss go to dinner together with their wives and all of a sudden they are swingers???

There's no publicly available information, news articles, or credible sources that confirm or suggest any infidelity on the part of Jim Schlossnagle.

Just typical immoral rumor spreading by aggy.

Great hire for the Owls. I think he’ll be able to revive that program to some semblance of what they were.

I honestly expected a rough year, he only had 6 days with the portal and all of the top end guys were taken. I still think we will have some struggles but he has definitely exceeded expectations.
