Our schedule seemed to throw around the games in a weird order. We open SEC with Vandy which is usually towards the end of the year and we have Florida/Georgia back to back along with our two SEC West opponents Miss St/Bama back to back.

I’m admittedly annoyed we’re playing Bama again. Not out of fear or anything. I’ve just missed playing teams like Arkansas and we’ve only played A&M once at College Station since they joined the conference.

This thread isn’t about any of that dumb shite you fricking retard.

This thread is EXACTLY about that. You have Florida in November? hell, you caught a break there. Spurrier and Meyer really did a number on you guys. Florida is horseshite now. I've heard A&M is crap as well. Now, that game is a problem? Looks like you have one tough game in November to me and LSU doesn't participate in Rivalry week with an instate P5 where records go out the window so you got the best deal out of most of the SEC. On top of that, LSU's Sept is a joke.

Normally we play Tenn around Halloween and UK in early October so playing Tenn. at end of September and UK as the next to last game of the season is different.

We get to play Alabama, LSU, Arkansas, Georgia, and MSU. Toughest schedule right there. At least we can't beat ourselves like Alabama does every time we beat them.

When you're Ole Miss, every year's schedule is tough.

Bama fans with triple digit IQs please come wrangle your tards.

None of this is about competitive advantages. It’s extremely obviously about the SEC fricking up all our traditional matchup timings for no reason.

Imagine if y’all played Tennessee and Auburn in September. Does that benefit you competitively? No you fricking idiot, you play the exact same teams either way. We got fricking Missouri as our East team, our schedule is breezy. But it would still be all kinds of wrong.

God I hate Bama fans. Y’all have to shite everything up

No KJ next year. So Pittman is either going to have to wish upon a star and make Hornsby a real boy, or wish upon the transfer portal. Or yall are going to whip our asses.

They such whoever it is.

Back in 2010, the SEC still had 12 teams. Alabama played 8 of them. 7 of those 8 teams had a bye week the week before the Alabama game, the 8th had a FCS team IIRC, meaning the SEC also gave them the week before Alabama off.

Alabama took theirs the week before LSU, so that kind of canceled out that game. Alabama also played FCS the week before Auburn. But it was just amazing how whoever made the scheduled allowed every team Alabama faced to do that.

Was nothing new. And it was 6 teams with open dates and not 7. Arkansas played at Georgia and Florida played Kentucky prior to to their games against Bama. The seventh bye was Georgia State, which the SEC had nothing to do with.

The only difference in 2010 was ALL 6 of the teams used that open date to take a bye. In the past a few would schedule a cupcake and a few would take a bye. Bama would complain, nothing would be done about it, and life would go on. SEC got egg on their face in 2010 and had to do something about it, thus the rule for a maximum of three byes against any one team.

I wish they would move the Ole Miss / LSU game back to Halloween.

It's almost sacrilegious to have the game in September.
