A better question is whose celebrations are more latently homosexual.

It may be Cam. Some people may be influenced by his NFL success, which isn't relevant to the question. But I know I am influenced by Cam being from auburn and our recent struggle with Watson.

You are all comparing senior season Cam to sophomore season Watson. Yeah, Cam played previously in JC but Watson could end up being better next year (although I don't know how).

Cam Newton never played as a senior in college.

but I think Watson is better than college Cam. He's more accurate. Cam was more or less unstoppable on getting 6 yards out of that read option, but Watson is more explosive and can throw pinpoint passes on the run.

You must not remember the "Camback"...we pretty much shutdown Cam running, holding him to something like 40 yards on 20+ carries...Cam killed us with his arm and was accurate all over the field, especially on the longer throws...

Watson is great, and will get even better...but Cam's season was one of the top 5 seasons ever for a QB...gotta go with Cam here...

Look at the talent around Watson and compare it to the talent Cam had. That should answer your question.

Watson is a freak for sure and could be even better next season but Cam won a national championship with Darvin Adams, Kodi Burns and Terrell Zachary at WR

For the first half to even 2/3 of the season Cam was limited as a passer but by the end of the year he was pinpoint and every bit as good a thrower as Watson.

The way Watson was playing at the end of the year was better than Cam the first half of his year at Auburn but second half of the year Cam was the best college player ever.

Cam is better overall. Deshaun is better passer and can learn a playbook. Both do the look at me crap but Deshaun less than Cam. I would take either one.

Your butthurt about Cam is showing. You don't think Cam can learn a playbook? He's going to be the NFL MVP.

Amazes me how many folks don't want to give credit for his growth as a quarterback. He has improved tenfold in 5 years, really cool to see.

He can't, ask his coach. It's a well known fact. Go back and watch his session with Gruden, he couldn't come up with a play that Auburn used.

Too funny you calling anyone butthurt, or any A&M poster for that matter.

He's awesome, the best improviser ever maybe. Who needs a playbook in that system?

Hard to say. Watson looks like a better passer, but Cam could get 5 yards with 3 guys hanging off of him.

Do not question the greatness of Cam Newton. He is all most Auburn fans have.

There's no way I can compare these two without being biased, but I think Watson is better than college Cam. He's more accurate. Cam was more or less unstoppable on getting 6 yards out of that read option, but Watson is more explosive and can throw pinpoint passes on the run.

But recognizing my bias, what are some thoughts by people who neither love nor hate Cam?

One had less to work with but still accomplished more and beat at least 3 teams more talented than any team the other guy beat. You already know the true answer.
