This could be a complete mess!

Continue wishcasting. NCAA can’t do shite about shite without an antitrust exemption or a new compensation model

I wouldn't count on that. Few judges, if any, will go along with that idea I suspect. And if that soon-to-be case goes to the SC, it's all over 9-0.

Grove Collective has it all figured out but Kiffin and Glasscock forgot how to do it in a matter of weeks.
You are probably right.

All i know is, the NCAA can pick and choose who to screw. Leo Lewis, Miss State and LSU were granted immunity for Lewis telling the NCAA he was paid by all 3, but they only cared about Ole Miss at the time. Enough people start to specifically point out Lane and LSU for tampering, NCAA can just say screw it, let's make an example out of those stupid cajuns.

They already get too much now. The system needed to be tweaked in favor of the athletes. The pendulum needed to swing a little. But not this much. Humans are flawed; especially within systems where $ and power is top priority, so it’s not surprising.
Hopefully common sense will make its’ way back into the equation.
In the meantime I’ll continue to ignore the chaos and trivialities of the system, but still enjoy watching football games with no significant $ at risk or emotions involved.

Our precious insider Ian Rapaport worked this beat as well.
ETA: shite I didn’t realize Ross was a State alumni. I thought he just covered them for the CL or something.

The College Sports Commission currently has nine employees, including one on the investigative team. The organization only just started in June.
Another issue arose last month that may hamper the CSC’s enforcement capabilities, when a group of power conference universities declined to sign the organization’s “participation agreement” geared to protect it from legal challenges from the school themselves. The agreement is in the midst of being modified with hopes to get all 68 power conference schools to sign in the near future.
The College Sports Commission can't even get every university on board or in agreement with their rules & regulations. The Commission has not power as long as universities operate outside of a fully agreed upon set of rules and parameters. IOW, nothing has changed and this Commission can't enforce shite.
