Bama fans are just scared because they forget that we literally went through this when Saban came.
It was a whole new process and new players etc. The only difference is now players can leave without penalty and they can be paid (legally).
So, everything will be fine. If a player doesn’t want to be here, then frick them and they can move on. Excited for the future.

I’ll bet $100 that DeBoar won’t last two seasons. You guys hired a fricking coach that has literally no coaching experience in the SEC and has no recruiting experience in the southeast. He coached in a conference where having an 18th ranked recruiting class is enough to compete with other teams.

With his defensive staff and without the luxury of every stud committing to Bama because of Saban, I don't see it. Without Saban, I don't see all these stud defensive players heading to Ttown. Offense will be good though.

I'm on the other side of the spectrum, I think he'll be out of a job at bama in 3 years

He is unquestionably a better hire than Shula, Price, Fran, or Dubose. On paper, he’s a better hire than Stallings. But, he’s no Saban (no one is). You can’t blame other fanbases for rejoicing; they’ve been traumatized for 17 years. Let them get it all out.

Yes we’ve lost several good football players, but the fact is, we could loose half our roster and still have as much talent as anyone in this conference not named Georgia. All of this trolling from these clowns of the lesser programs are just symptoms of 17 years of arse whoopings. These mediocre programs just haven’t given their fan bases much to cheer about the last few years and they finally see a chip in the armor. Anyone with a brain would’ve seen this coming. You don’t replace the GOAT and not except a marginal roster turnover.
