Deboer shite the bed big time. Had a chance to play Texas this past Saturday for the SEC championship, but layed an egg in Norman by being totally unprepared and mustered all of 3pts with all that talent. And missed the 12 team playoff in his first year with Sabans stacked deck of 4 and 5 stars. Looks like he left Washington in a mess when he left also. Must of not been recruting worth a shite while at Washington. He was very lucky to have Penix transfer to UW or he may have won 5-6 games last year. Penix pretty much handed him the Bama job.

After watching him in game coach, I do not see this dude winning the Natty for you.

Playoffs, yes....probably most every year or every year after this one

No they're not. The Alabama roster was cherry picked after the GOAT retired and doubt surrounded the program. No one was in that boat but Alabama, and Deboer did a solid job considering he had a running back playing quarterback and a roster that was cherry picked.

Buddy, you might be about to find out how great a coach Nick Saban was.

He's not an outstanding coach. Can he win the SEC? Possibly, anything beyond that, I doubt it.

We'll be fine, Russell is his type QB. And we had the second best recruiting class.

Looking forward to the future.

Yep. The future is bright. We will likely finally see his offense next season. Like always, the "fall" of Alabama is being greatly overstated.

There really wasn't that much drop off when all was said and done, 247 Sports actually scored your 2024 roster higher than the 2023 roster.

Bahahahahahaha

DeBoer was riding with the #1 talent composite. It’s going to get worse.

What a spoiled arse youngster of a "bama" fan you are.

I'm already excited to start shedding all the smacktards like you.

It's the one good thing about Saban leaving. The chaff will finally release itself and attach itself to another obsession or team.

Jalen was his QB. You can only run what your QB can run.

He did a solid B job for his first season.

Because of Bryant and Saban, Bama fans have no sense of context. 9-3 isn't an F.

I believe Deboer is a great coach, but he chose the wrong school. It’s challenging to follow a legend like Nick, a coach who is beloved in T-Town. Deboer needs to part ways with all of Nick’s players and start developing the program in his own image, rather than following Saban’s.

Take note people! This is how a spoiled, entitled, mouth-breathing sidewalk fan with ZERO football knowledge is supposed to melt. 10/10, will read again.

Excuse me sir, but where is this developed talent at?

Which players are you speaking about exactly?

Talent - yes.

Developed talent? No. That is why Saban retired, they don't care about getting developed anymore, just who pays the most.

Everyone is in the same boat now, unfortunately.

Probably g#. Also i don’t buy that these kids are all about themselves and don’t wanna be coached as they’re already millionaires. Plenty of schools got great results this year under the same rules.

Coaching, coaching, coaching!

Saban was a 4th and 31 from not being in the playoffs last season. Also almost lost to a horrible Arkansas team. Milroe is an extremely hard qb to win with due to his limited abilities. DeBoer still managed to beat #19, #15 and #2 with him.

Despite all this, Saban did get them in.

How is BK doing? He is now just finishing up his 3rd year at LSU and Notre Dame is in the playoffs. I think BK messed up by taking the LSU job just to lose at least 3 regular season games a year. That kind of record will not get LSU in the playoffs.
