Her hair makes her look like a homeless woman. You very rarely see a woman over 20 with healthy, vibrant, luxurious, and silken hair any longer due to treatments, hair dye, bleaching, etc...

You seem like a one girl, have one nut, simp out and want to get married forever type of guy. If you had any real experience with women, you would be very surprised at how many women actually want to be told they are ugly, especially the pretty ones.
It's okay to tell a mid woman that she is pretty every now and then, just to give her hope and make her smile. Still, don't overdo it.
For an genuinely attractive woman, maybe just tell them once or twice a year they are pretty. Otherwise, they start to think of you as weak and beneath them and see you as too nice and weird and kind of nauseating.
The very last thing the very attractive woman wants is a groveling wimp praising them non-stop. It makes them want to vomit.
Then, of course, they start to look for a man with a firm hand who can control them, to some extent, not a jellyfish.
