Never really got into the midnight yell thing when I was a student. Rather be out making more conventional bad decisions.

Yeah, the yell leaders can be very cringe.

I almost feel sorry for these kids. But they bring it on themselves.

The arm clutch after every trial punchline is odd.

Nice that they have a sign language person helping those who use it.

Why don't you cocksuckers include the words yell leader in the thread title so I can skip the one hundred thousandth thread about yell leaders.

I witnessed the midnight yell practice one time in Baton Rouge. It was worse than you could imagine. I can’t believe they think that’s normal.

The word "obsession" is vastly overused here. It's typically used at an attempt to belittle a fan base in an internet battle.
But if the word obsession was ever used to correctly describe something on this forum, it would be the members here and Yell leaders.

It's hilarious that A&M officially sanctions this behavior.
Hell, they use it in commercials and everything.

The stuff you see in commercials and whatnot are not stuff like the skip. Ive never seen the skip before to be completely honest. It does look odd. But for Ag's, when they see something like this that comes off as odd, we assume its some sorta small, weird tradition from the 30s. Its not life altering as so many of you here portray. Everything about the Corps dates back to when the school opened and through the 30s

I understand why you want people to talk about it as little as possible.
I'd probably feel the same

Not just the "yell boys"...

The day I care what a bunch of pompon waving hillbillies think about A&M traditions is the day I’ve officially turned into a soy boy.

You’re embarrassed. We understand. Just admit it and we can move on

Im pretty sure OP has watched more hours of Texas A&M yell leaders than me, and I went to the school.
Now that's embarrassing.
