If he doesn’t want to play the NIL game he needs to just move on.

Clemson gets worse every day he stays and ties his brand to theirs.

If he had any honor he would just hand in his whistle.

There’s no dishonor in that. Saban did exactly that and it was for the best.

Elko seemed pretty distracted too. Maybe he wishes he took that Penn state job

I’ve never seen distracted coaches sign the number on class in the country. Maybe you’re just full of shite.

I can remember his saying he would quit if it ever came to paying players. So, he is about 4 or 5 years late on his resignation.

If he loses a game they are supposed to win, then I would agree that he should do the 'moral' thing and step aside, take a nice parting gift and retirement package, and go fishing or play golf for a while. Worked out good for Spurrier. Worked out pretty well for Urban Meyer.

Dude. I get you dislike Aggies. I hate Texas. I get it.

But I don’t let my emotions get in the way of facts.

Elko stood up in front of the media and Aggie alumnus and said “We have an empty trophy case. Last season means nothing.”

Jimbo would have pumped himself and his team up.

Elko says “Don’t talk about it. Be about it.”

These two coaches are nowhere close to the same.

I’m not saying we will win. But comparing Jimbo to Elko just makes you look stupid.

Clemson spends enough on players to be a top 25 team.

I actually don’t. I just dislike the coaches you hire.

Jimbo = snake oil scumbag, you know he is lying whenever he is saying something

Elko is cut of the same cloth, especially with how he treated Duke

More than.

He is Butch Jones who happened to hire Brent Venables and Tony Elliott and keep them on staff for many years.

I don’t think any coach is walking away from $60 million.

Yup. I think everyone can agree besides South Carolina fans it’s time for him to go.

Dabo needs better coordinators. They looked inept on both sides of the ball.

The O Line looked like they never played a snap of college ball before. Pulling across the whole line to block a guy coming at 30 mph is beyond stupid and how many times did their dudes block air while getting run past?

Man, come on. He was offered life changing money. And he wasn’t shopping around to leave he was approached by his former team. A team that he was respected by and already knew a lot of the players.

Did he love Duke. Yes. But Duke will never be able to pay him anything close to what we can.

Hate us. Don’t hate him. He’s a good guy that did what anyone would do.

He said there was no truth to the rumors that he was considering other jobs and then fled at midnight like lane kiffin did at Tennessee

Where Dabo really faces the heat is the ACC is basically a one trick pony league now. If he finishes in the, at best middle of the pack, he'll be gone, earlier perhaps but can't see him resigning on his own.

I actually think he said the truth. We actually offered Stoops and retracted it. So he probably actually believed Stoops got the job.

So at that moment, he could have not been considering other offers. Then we changed our mind.

Again. It’s A&M that did it. Not Elko. Hate us.

He is holding them hostage with his contract. Just talked to one of their big alums this am and he said they have resigned to living with Dabo and likely won’t be good again for another 5 years because of it.

After Jimbo And Kelley I thought all schools coukd buyout his contract.

Clemson has an option. It’s expensive. But Dabo is right. Pay the man.

And yeah, he’s got 60 million reasons to suck.
