losing Venables is huge. Combine that with the fact that Notre Dame showed Clemson is vulnerable in the ACC (they came in and split the conference in 2020), and suddenly nobody is scared of the king anymore.

Saban has been prophetic about every one of these changes and the negative impact yet the NCAA still moved forward with them.
Now Saban is using all of these new rules to his advantage and everyone is still crying.

Dabo would bail from Clemson, if offered the Alabama job when Saban decides to retire. And he would bail for more money as well.
