Not happy we got swept, but it might be exactly what we need to push us during the second half of the season. We still have one of the best lineups in college baseball lead by Jake Mangum. If our pitching stays healthy and can begin to get in a groove like we did last year then we can be really dangerous. I like a tough finish to close out the year. Hopefully we can do enough to earn a national seed. I want to see what the new Dudy Noble looks like during a Super with 17,000+ fans.

It’s harder to move up than it is to fall.
There have to be multiple teams ahead of you to drop.
Moving up two spots within the top 10 is a pretty impressive accomplishment.

Mangum has a little of what Casey Martin has going on... EVERY pitch looks good.
Casey's finally starting to come around... happy to see him use more of the field last couple of weeks too.

If we can get healthy we will start climbing I think. Our second baseman needs to keep hitting. Our third baseman and CF are just coming back from injury and those are 2 over .300 hitters. We were 1st before those injuries in the Mizzou series and we have our easiest series yet coming up. Hopefully gonna go on a run now. Pitching is still insanely injured though

LOL - Kendall Rogers can’t be accused of not showing love to Arkansas. There’s been several instances where it’s hard to realize he’s NOT an Arkansas beat writer. He’s always high on us.

Yeah I was going to say the same about Kendall. It’s hard to not call him a homer for Arkansas at times considering how much praise he gives us.

Agree. Numbers are real. This is serious. Kendall is ruining college baseball for everyone.
