Is it possible for the SEC to get 5 National seeds?

The NCAA will do everything in its power to keep the SEC from being able to have all four teams in the final four of the CWS.

Arkansas plays Vandy and MSU in back to back weekends coming up

pretty much everyone can say this. LSU had back to back road series against Mississippi State and Georgia.

Yep. After our series with Bama, State plays at Arkansas, Georgia, at A&M, and at OM.

How is Texas ranked so high with a 21-13 record?

Murders row

I'll be happy if we can somehow go 6-6 in those 4 series.

because it's Texas...but seriously, they've lost to some good teams. they lost 3/4 to #5 Stanford, beat #15 Texas Tech 2/3, split a two game series with top 10 Arkansas, lost 2/3 to top 20 TCU, dropped a midweek game to #12 A&M, and split 2 games with #24 Baylor (Sunday game was cancelled). So yeah they have a bunch of losses but they've also lost to a lot of good teams. Their SOS is currently #5 and have already played 16 Q1 and 10 Q2 games. Kind of the same reason LSU is #7 in the RPI with 10 losses.

We beat tech for 2 straight years and now you want to talk shite after we pitched our worst bullpen arms on a Tuesday after a long series with LSU

Tennessee should be in the mix and I’m not sure Vandy shouldn’t be ranked higher.

Winning the Auburn, South Carolina and Alabama series and not getting swept by Ole Miss, Mississippi State or Arkansas virtually guarantees a regional host for A&M.

You're virtually guaranteed to get swept by Ole Miss, Mississippi State, and Arkansas.

Considering that A&M has yet to lose a game this season when Asa Lacey pitches, that's not happening. (6-0 with one no-decision, 7-0 total)

Correct, just as they did a couple of years ago they'll limit it to 4 national seeds and put 3 of the 4 on one side of the bracket.

2016 - (1) Florida, (4) Texas A&M, (8) LSU
2018 - (1) Florida, (4) Ole Miss, (5) Arkansas, (8) Georgia.

Don't forget 2015, where A&M absolutely deserved a national seed but didn't get one (partially because that POS Eric Hyman lobbied AGAINST THE SCHOOL HE WORKED FOR on the selection committee).

You think State is guaranteed to sweep A&M? Have you seen any A&M games this year? Hell, have you seen any State games this year?

Doxakis and Lacy are in the same class as Small and Ginn. We have no dependable Sunday arm. Saying we're guaranteed to sweep anyone is ridiculous.

You're right I did forget that. Last year it was pretty blatant and the SEC STILL found a way to get a team in from the other side.
