It wasn't really the AD's fault. TV loved Knoxville, and knew it would hurt the Vols when DVH retires and he comes home. This SF gig is just a filler job til then.

I mean, it’s a MLB job. There was nothing we could do. Anybody’s coach wouldve taken it.

Without spending a lot of time in deep thought about it, Georgia Tech seems too high... don't know much about UCLA but hard to imagine them better than the top 3 SEC teams or so.... but they won't get beat up on near as bad either..
I'd have to go LSU and Arkansas 1-2 starting out. But pre-season really means nothing anyway.

UCLA basically returned their whole lineup from last year and added a big bat and weekend arm to their roster. Not crazy to have them #1.
As stated before preseason rankings really do not mean much so we will know a bunch more half way through the SEC schedule.
Can't wait for baseball season.
