At the rate LSU is using pitchers they'll need to bring Brian Wilson out of retirement.
And among non-conference opponents that TCU has faced more than once this season, UT-Arlington will have more wins over TCU than LSU will.

Well...damn. This sucks. Good season anyway, Tigers. Bounced back from a semi-rough couple of weeks in March to make it almost all the way to the championship series. TCU is salty right now. No shame in losing to them.

No 3rd starter = death in the CWS. I never expected them to win it, but I was hding out hope they could pull out the W tonight.
CPM promptly shite on that hope with his micromanagement when he just needed guys to give as many innings as possible. Pulling Newman when he did was a horrible, horrible decision.
