Vanderbilt's value is in who you brush shoulders with. Competitive 4.0+ kids from highschool, many from wealthy families, some just born hard workers.

I work at an industry leader far out of SEC territory. Very young employees. Recruits all majors. Cornell, Wash U, Notre Dame, Duke, Vanderbilt are the most represented schools. Very highly recruited. Then state schools, Michigan, Virginia, Wisconsin. A bit of SEC, some Georgia, some Mizzou, Some A&M, but sure as frick not Clemson.

Offense was so bad last year that the defense never got a break. Our defense could be really good this year. But if the O doesn't put up 35+ vs WKU we don't win it. I'm trying to believe Ludwig is just as good as Dorrell sucked.

The university hospital is the biggest employer in the state, dipshit. We do more for the state than you do, and we're a private school so I don't know what taxpayer funds this idiot is whining about.

He does bother me. Because so many casual observers will only remember him. Kendall hit the walk-off vs CSF, Fulmer pitched lights out the whole playoffs, Reynolds is hitting over .500... but most people will only remember the whistler. A trailer-trash sidewalk fan that found a way to make both CWS finals for our most talented teams ever all about his dirty inbred self. Very unfortunate for these talented young men.
