I think the vast majority of us immediately thought of this when seeing the thread title.

Oklahoma beating the brakes off Texas 5 straight years when the program was dominating pretty much every other opponent deserves mention
63-14
14-3
35-24
65-13
0-12
How that happened given the talent on those Texas teams is mind boggling

I felt great about this game at halftime and then Gus and Company decided covering Amari Cooper 1 on 1 was a good plan. I think he torched us 2-3 times as Bama raced away with the game.

Mr. Ellis Johnson can rot in hell for that. Insanity. We were all screaming, WTF are you doing?

Ok...so, it isn't between two SEC schools, but it does involve one.
In December 1973, Tennessee defeated Temple 11-6
IN BASKETBALL!!!
This isn't 1873...this is just over 50 years ago. Tennessee led 7-5 at halftime, and held on for the 5 point win. The day before, Tennessee defeated DePaul 96-61 and Temple beat Utah State 70-61...but in this game (with no shot clock) Temple decided it would be best to hold the ball as long as possible.

God, that was a disaster game. I don't remember the exact number, could be off, but at one point Florida had like 17 points and 18 yards of offense.
Crazy in the other direction was 63-38 against Tenn in '22. They had been rolling everyone, and we had just had another inept game in Florida. Spencer Rattler went off and didn't really have to hear Rocky Top the whole night.

In 1973 , Tennessee beat Auburn, 21-0. The following year Auburn beat Tennessee, ....21-0.

So many Iron Bowls are thought of as "crazy" because of a single play (like Kick 6, Gravedigger, Wrong Way Bo), a single drive (Camback, The Drive), or a series of weird circumstances (Punt, Bama, Punt). This is one of the rare ones where the entire game was kind of crazy.
That game is a testament to converting red zone trips to TDs - Auburn outgained Alabama, beat us in TOP and total plays, and won the turnover battle 3-2 (Blake Sims threw 3 picks).
The difference was that every score Alabama got was a TD, but Auburn had to settle for FGs on 5 drives. Both teams only punted twice (though Auburn did have a drive that ended on downs).
Oh, and both teams had a WR with over 200 yards.

I think a similar thing happened in a women's basketball game before they had shot clocks that ended 1-0; but I don't think it's college as AI indicates that the game you are referencing is the lowest pre-shot clock game in history.

1941: Pitt 26, North Carolina 20 (46 total points) - The lowest-scoring game in NCAA Tournament history for men or women.
1940: Duquesne 30, Western Kentucky 29 (59 total points).
1973: Tennessee 11, Temple 6 (17 total points) - The lowest-ever scoring game in NCAA basketball (men or women), notes Volopedia.

Another basketball score (see my earlier post)...in January 1997, Auburn beat Tennessee 43-35 in Basketball...Under the amazing Kevin O'Neil, UT's basketball team would have 4 losses where they would score a total of 35, 40, 41 and 41 points (note...one loss was 42-41 to Penn State in OVERTIME).
So Auburn held Tennessee's basketball team to 35 points. The two schools would meet in the SEC Championship Football game in December of that year and Tennessee would win and score 30 points. So, Auburn's basketball team only allowed UT to score 5 more points than their football team allowed.
TL/DR version - Kevin O'Neil sucks and I'm still bitter about it.
