No. No. No. Could we score some points? Sure. But this defense would never get a stop on any pro team.

Now, the 2019 offense and the 2011 defense? Against the 2008 Lions? Maybe.

Todays Dolphins? Naturally.
The bigger argument is the 72 Dolphins in their prime.

Several NFL receivers have tweeted that they would like to be traded to LSU. So yes, this could happen.

No never. The absolute worst NFL team would murder the best college team on any given day . There is no comparison in overall coaching and talent.

No. There’s a reason very few rookies play their first season in the NFL.

A college teams seniors are close to nfl rookies, and that’s only the few very talented seniors. The underclassmen, even the best ones, are not close to as developed as an NFL rookie.

Worst NFL team would easily beat the best college team

Where did this come from? Everyone’s been shitting on LSU all week.

I’m not seeing this topic on PTI unlike Bama last year before the final beat down.

lsu could beat probably 10-12 NFL teams and do it consistently and convincingly.

Anyone who says otherwise doesn't really understand football or haven't watched lsu play this season.

OK this could be the dumbest thing I have read today. LSU is pretty good and they do have a FEW players on their team who will be drafted and play in the NFL......just a few though. an NFL team is just that....an NFL TEAM. everyone on their team is an NFL caliber player and was one of the best players on their college teams. So just because they are a bad NFL team, they still have far more talent, are far stronger, bigger, faster than EVERY college team.

I almost always agree with this.

But LSU’s 2011 D and 2019 O would basically be a team of NFL rookies.

I’m really not sure 2008 Culpepper and co. could score much on a defense of Mathieu, Claiborne, Reid, Taylor, Brockers, Montgomery, Mingo, Baker, Minter, Brooks...

Depends on which overtime rules would be used.

Also would Divinity get to play?

I’m hoping you’re joking. LSU would lose by over 100 points. It would be a bloodbath.
