Railroad festival was this week in Amory. I hope nothing ever happens to Smithvile again after that tornado wiped the town out years ago. It was brutal driving through that town a week after that tornado went through. That was probably one of the biggest tornados to ever hit in Mississippi.

Listening to police scanner. Town of Wren just got hit. Dispactch said multiple houses with injuries. Sounds bad.

Listening to Monroe county (Wren) dispatch live. Dispatch just sent another rescue to man laying in a field.

i dunno, i think that starkville one is the one in monroe county now, along with another one that formed. there is one in laural area one in meridian one in vicksburg earlier and one possibly in union county (damaging being reported) around 10:15. its a lot. none have seemed to be the huge gigantic ones. tomorrow will be scary for east alabama georgia area. the system should strengthen as the sun comes up tomorrow.

There are currently 4 separate tornado warnings, all in extreme east MS. There was a 5th in Alabama that just expired.

Basically the weather guys were right about a potential outbreak but unfortunately predicted it for LA instead of MS and AL. Stay safe, y’all will be under the gun for tonight.
