As will Auburn.

We own that place.

Great. You're turning your gameday experience into a strip mall.

Fayetteville says hi. But really, its growing too fast here. I'm glad that more of our "mixed use project" boom is happening piecemeal, at different spots in the city rather than being concentrated in one area adjacent to campus.

There was a Dallas developer that had a couple dozen acres under contract near the highway, the same group that is doing Preston Hollow Village. I don't think anybody, apart from the landowner, was too excited about that. Maybe if it included a Trader Joes....

All you need now is world class dining, a river, and a Casino Resort on said River to really have a good time........

Nice hotel and strip mall

If I posted all of the construction projects happening right now in CS it would be a 10+ page thread.

Looks about like what LSU did with the North Gates a decade ago.

won't be many if any LSU fans milling about there as long as the Ags insist on playing our game on a family holiday.

Those are some big impressive beige boxes, I'll give you that. Most of Fayetteville is restricted to 3-5 stories with stepbacks from the street. There are a precious few lots in town even zoned to allow 7-9 stories.

Something like that tower would be the most-hated building in town and would never get approved. There'd be 100 people speak against it at city council.

They're having absolute hell getting College Ave zoned to allow 60' buildings to capture some of the overflow demand from downtown. It will probably get whittled down to four-stories.
