DUMP: Darrell K. Royal Stadium, Texas (36). For a program of such distinction, in a city of such character, very little of it seeps into the stadium or its immediate surroundings. It’s just a huge place wedged into a tight space on campus.

It's a sewage dump located in a sewer city, that's why.

To me the least aesthetically pleasing in Power 5 is this motherfricker at Maryland

That looks like the stadium you could build in that Facebook ESPNU College athletics game you could play 10 years ago

It's bizarre. It's like they stole a quarter of a real stadium and had to bail on the rest

DUMP: Williams-Brice Stadium, South Carolina (35). It’s not on campus, instead occupying space adjacent to the state fairgrounds. They’ve improved the joint and its surroundings, but it still feels like you’re at a generic location in a metropolitan area.

Truth. If you like asphalt, youll love Williams Brice.

Most of the dumps aren’t dumps. Just not in a scenic location which is irrelevant to a football game.

Razorback Stadium has some Ozarks views. But you're only going to get them from the upper decks.

Small fcs venues with mountains = gem

I spent a summer in basic training in El Paso. There is not one damn thing in that entire city that would qualify as a gem. The Sun Bowl looks like a Div II stadium that somehow survived a wildfire twenty miles outside of Bakersfield.

That's gotta be the biggest dump in the P5 by a wide margin.
