Have they picked the host spots yet?

We have pooped ourselves the last 4 series until this weekend. We have 2 easy series left with Georgia and Texas AM, and a big one with Vanderbilt between those.

I like our chances to finish strong. After Bama and Auburn we had a brutal schedule.

I really hope Tech gets to host this year. It’d just be neat to see them host a regional

Alabama just swept Mizzou and moved to 11-10 in the SEC. Tough close for us but as today we're pretty clearly in.

Harry Doyle: In case you haven't noticed, and judging by the attendance you haven't, the Tide have managed to win a few here and there, and are threatening to climb out of the cellar.

Why do they call them regionals when paired teams are usually from nowhere near each other

Guess it depends on the location. We pretty much just play teams from Texas and Oklahoma in our regionals every year.

Alabama and LSU still control their own bubble fate. Relatively big series between them remains

This is from last week. They should create an updated one either this week or next. Florida would almost for sure have to be a host in the next one

Is this a rhetorical question?

Jokes aside, Florida seems to be pulling it together.

Seems like a pretty advantageous spot. Florida isn’t worthy of a 1 seed this year but that’s a very winnable regional for a 2 seed

Why aren’t they?

Florida is currently 30-13(13-8) with a 15-13 record vs. Q1 and Q2 teams. Will likely end up somewhere around 18-12 in league play. 18 wins in SEC play gets a program a host spot.
