Not putting MSU in the top 25 is just garbage
Anyone who watched that game knows we look like a top 25 team

Some voters noticed, just not enough yet.

Keep winning. It’s coming. State looks good

Someone had Oklahoma 7 spots ahead of Michigan and someone had Oregon #2

Somewhat surprised that we jumped four spots.

Who cares right now? If we are indeed Top 25 it'll work itself out.

OSU is 2. UGA has played HS teams.

I will add that USC being ranked #11 is a clear indicator that no one knows how good anyone is yet.
They have, to date:
A 16-point win over San Jose State
A 39-point win over Fresno State
A 19-point win over Louisiana
Now, I'm not going to come on here and try and convince folks that Alabama's played some kind of murderer's row to date, but I think we can all agree that some teams ranked well below USC would do the same thing they've done (or better) against that schedule. I'd wager Mississippi State could easily do the same thing to their schedule.

We are too high, we have to learn how to start better or we wont be there long

Georgia Tech may not be world beaters, but it was still one of the better wins this past weekend.

#13 and #22 play each other as does #17 and #24.
Just keep winning, and it will handle itself.
Polls at this point are meaningless anyway.

Oregon is the anomaly. That was a bad loss.

I concur... I'm not convinced they should even be ranked.
That same Okie State team lost the week before 24-10 to TULSA.

Notre Dame at 3 is hilarious.

Notre Dame is still feasting on destroying Wisconsin in game 1, though aside from the name we have no idea if they're even decent.
Indiana is still coasting on last year's ranking as their opening slate is as pathetic as last year's (though they are blowing them out like they should).

These polls are such crap and the Coach's is probably the worst. I doubt even half of them stayed up to watch the whole Texas game or thought any of this through. If they did they wouldn't have Texas at #1.
Anyway polls shouldn't even come out until October 1
