Miami fired their OC, and their offense was night and day difference with the same personnel. That was an impressive hire.

All coaches outside the HC are on one year, renewable contracts. Even Elko. He was getting his 2.5 Millie on an annual basis.

You make it sound like coaches outside the HC are getting 2 or 3 years guaranteed. Wtf kinda crap is that lol

Mike Bobo's offense at Georgia has so many slow starts, it's time to move on and hire a real go-getter.

I like assistant coaching changing, bc it’s kind of first mover advantage. The sooner you have an opening, you can take one of this year’s emerging stars. But the later the hiring, the dryer the pool. Top OC/DC talent is hard to predict. Especially when hiring outside the conference with different styles of play.

House can’t recruit. Schemes are overly complex. You can take what I say with a grain of salt but my info is legit. I was told he is worse than Aranda in relating to high school kids.

Coach on another team - Someone on Miss State’s staff. Probably the entire offensive staff. You don’t tank Will Rogers draft stock and live to tell about it.

Actually it should be our defensive staff. I think Barbay will be a decent OC with the right players

Rogers worked in Leachs system but honestly isn’t very good and never was

House (LSU DC)

More than likely going back to the NFL. He will not be the DC at LSU next year. He won’t be fired but has been told to look elsewhere. They are going to bring in someone with better recruiting pedigree.

Texas A&M DC?

I think there is like 3 types of pressure you can apply:

What about player pressure? Friends and family? Pressure placed by himself? Barometric? Water?

… where in the world do you people come up with this shite?

It's all speculation.

I wouldn't be surprised if any or all of the defensive coaches were replaced.

But nobody on this site "knows" that any specific coach has already been told to pack.

House has most definitely not cooled his seat considering the last two games the opponents were Army and Auburn, who's offenses are not great.

OU fans are quite vocal this week wanting Lebby fired. They blame him single handedly for the loss to KS and ruining their undefeated season.

Assistant coach’s contracts get bought out when the head coach is fired. So if y’all “open the checkbook” for an Oline coach, y’all will be paying off his entire contract next year when Jimbo is fired
