Two southern teams playing in the capital city of the southeast. Both Tigers. Easy travel for both schools.

I agree.
LSU deserves to be #1 but the Clemson/LSU matchup in Atlanta would be fun to watch.

I actually say let clemson have the one seed and let OSU/LSU settle their beef about who’s better on the field.

If it’s LSU vs Clemson it will be in Phoenix. There’s no way LSU will make it easy for Clemson fans to travel.

Did you watch the game yesterday? Maybe the problems with the turf are fixable but I'd avoid that field if I could. Nothing to do with the opponent.

Would they play in Atlanta though? Ohio State "hosting" OU in AZ is a geographical disadvantage for #1.
