Finished the Hangover this morning using new max. It was a lot harder than the rest of the workouts this week. I opted for 5 SS of 20 with pushdowns, EZ bar curls, and DB shrugs. That was pretty brutal. My HR stayed pretty high throughout the whole workout. Most importantly though... WE DID IT...
Weighed in at 160.8 this morning and I turn 38 in less than a month. Been using 320 as a TM and found it fairly easy. My goal was to hit 2x my bodyweight today and I surpassed that goal. I hit 325 pretty easily and felt good. Tried to push it to 335 and film my lift. [embed]https://youtub...
