Clemson fans bought free tickets to the Akron-South Carolina game which were intended for military and charity use so they wouldn’t get used.

Matt Barber (@dixiefriedsport), with screenshots of Clemson fans posting on a free Gamecock message board who did that when the tickets accidentally went on sale to the general public. Scalpers also purchased tickets as well to resell them.

Clemson fans hate the military and therefore hate America.

Not shocked.

So USC's own athletic department put free tickets on the free market and are now upset because people claimed them? If they wanted to reserve them for the military, then they shouldn't have made them available for anyone to claim. They could have sent them to the VA. If I were a USC fan, I'd be pissed at Tanner.

So Clemson fans are going to a South Carolina Akron Football game instead of their ACC Title game?

This is literally the definition of obsessed.

When we say that their obsession with us is unlike anything in sports, we mean it.

Clemson drowns puppies and drives 10 mph under the speed limit in the left lane.

Well, if it's one thing SC and Clemson have in common it's the arse kickings they give the Buckeyes whenever they meet on the gridiron.

There are thousands of lower bowl tickets left for 50 bucks a ticket max right now on ticketmaster. On stub hub there are tickets available for $6

Military appreciation days are about filling a sparsely populated stadium while gaining goodwill for ultimately doing nothing. If schools really want to show their appreciation for the military they should up a few thousand tickets for one of the biggest games on the schedule. This military appreciation crap is nothing more than cynical public relations ploys, and the public just laps it up.

Also, the Clemson fans who did this are huge turds.

Yea I mean it's nice to do, but publicizing it and acting like you are giving back when you are just trying to get asses in your stadium for a game nobody cares about it pretty laughable.

If true, thats shitty by Clemson fans, but your University screwed it up in the first place by "accidentally" allowing them to be sold online.

at comparing the Applebee's Bowl to a playoff win.

Clemson has y'all cucked if you're dickriding their accomplishments.

Do you even know the meaning of the word?

Who is dickriding their accomplishments? I'm talking about actual wins by both programs you git.
