The strong arse offer was a full scholarship, guaranteed PT as a true frosh and free housing, meals, books, tutoring, workout facilities and access to the best dietitians and trainers in the business.

Leaked by defense attorney to Yahoo in an effort to show the coaches were very much in on the game and not mere victims.
Sounds real to me but we have had zero confirmation from the feds yet.

Like I said, details matter. Do you really think if he was caught making an actual offer on tape he'd still be employed? No.
He was dangerously close to implicating himself in possible wrongdoing, but he didn't...and without any evidence nothing is going to stick to him or LSU.

- An Arizona coach said Wade said 300k to Naz, though there is no recording of Will saying that. Just someone claiming he said that.
- Marty Blazer admitted to paying Alabama football players in court. He spoke of his actions.
- Dawkins on a wiretap, discussing a current Alabama player (at the time), references not only money but an exact amount.

Don't forget, Alabama had a staffer get paid (He was fired) If a Bammer staffer got $5,000 what must others have gotten???? Also this is a recruiting violation, Auburns involved a coach giving players money to leave.

One might assume that they were unaware of the situation... Simple ignorance.
But that’s not the case. Alabama’s compliance department held Sexton out for one game, meaning they looked into the situation. Yet, he came back and played.
That’s not ignorance, that’s negligence.
I don’t know... but that sounds like a textbook example of a lack of institutional control.
