Was this plan to play at Bama or be represented when leaving Bama?? Also, if the NCAA, Sexton, and Bama agreed to it and he was held out until cleared by NCAA, I would say this is a non story anymore . Probably why it is not getting much traction except in this board

The plan prior was never enacted(They got caught prior to implementation) All they had him on was that he accepted $5k, which is about the maximum the NCAA allows before they do a major punishment for the player. This $20k is new to what was known before

20 grand could be anything.

All Sexton was caught with was the $5K, it all went through the NCAA and he got a 1 game suspension & a coach was terminated, right?

He used slang and had no problem liberally using the N-word in discussions in his conversations. As an "aspiring agent" at such a youthful age, he was swinging a big dick amongst some pretty high profile colleges.
The fact that grown arse men like Sean Miller, Tony Bland, Book Richardson, and to a small extent Will Wade would communicate and trust a damn kid is strange as hell.
My oldest turns 24 yrs old this month, has already earned a master degree and I would never trust my kid to operate and administer a massive scheme like Dawkins was doing, let alone handle the $$ flow.
