bullshite, Bama would have beaten the shite out of Uf last year and who's to say you beat UT?

Everyone beat UT. Everyone. Everyone!* No one can take the rest of your post serious because you couldn't stifle that ridiculous bullshite.

*Note: whatever Kentucky does is not considered football. For the purposes of this thread, Kentucky is a mid-level sunbelt team.

Never thought Auburn had a fair draw then with UGA and Florida every year as permanents. Brutal.

Auburn wants its rivalry with UF back. They have tried to get it back as well. maybe when we have 4 divisions

When LSU fans bitch about playing UF vs UT,

Why are you only bitching about Bama getting UT? No bitching about MSU vs UK or OLE Miss vs Vandy. Or Ark getting USC when they sucked arse(for their entire history sans the last 2-3 years)

It's because Bama is beating y'all and won 3-4 and one if those were vs LSU 21-0.

That's why there should be no permanents. Otherwise, just give us balance.

We've been making this argument for a long time regarding permanents. Hell, A&M even has an easy schedule from the East this year. With bridge schedules, one could think the SEC could create more of a balance.

I think the more tough physical games you play in a season effects your players performance some what. Playing games where the outcome is decided early allows your starters to rest and not get beat up. Case in point the A&M game last year where Bama was wore out from playing Lsu the week before. So the schedule you play has a direct bering on if you win championships or not.

You do realize even if they all rotated they're would still be unbalanced schedules. Bama could get UK, Vandy & Mizzo one year while LSU got UF, UT & UGA ; talk about a titty baby bitch fest ensuing.

Funny how ONLY the LSU fans are bitching about the schedules/cross divisional opp. Hell, they're Au fans defending it with Bama fans. That alone should tell you something.

Because the perception is that bama "controls" SEC scheduling thru its alumni in the league office. As for the games you mention, none have had an impact on winning the SEC/NGC. If you don't admit that bama has had a significant advantage in scheduling the past 2 yrs, then you are obviously wayyy too much of a homer. Obviously, LSU wins last yr, the schedule becomes irrelevant in our eyes. But the mismatch is still there for even outsiders to see. This yr, you have 2 games, LSU & the aggies.

One more thing about this "balance" LSU fans are stamping their fleets for; this isn't the NFL were teams schedules are balanced out by previous years records. essentially the sec office must consider each team as equals

That's fine, the schedules would eventually balance out. You only play 2 from the other division now--not 3. But when one of your permanents is the most consistent team in the SEC since the split and you only play one other team from the other division, the schedule over time never balances out. I'd be all for rotating all opponents every 2 years.

Sure. Explain to me why LSU got stuck with Florida again.

Significant advantage over which team(s) BAMA has harder schedules than several other SEC teams the last few years. Oh yeah you mean only LSU.

Take Bama out of the equation. Name one SEC team that has had to face a schedule from the other divison similar to LSU's the past 2 seasons.

The schedules are agreed upon by all the university presidents and ADs. So, you need to take it up with them for voting it through.
