NC State 50%
BYU (NET 23) 30%
Gonzaga (NET 7) 10%

First two are actually very winnable IMO (1-3 pt margins) depending on how y'all match up with Dybantsa.

Gonzaga will be more difficult (7-10 pt margin) since it'll be in San Jose and not somewhere like Phoenix or Santa Fe. They travel pretty well.

All this assuming you're playing your best ball, of course. Anything can happen at this point.

How many SEC teams to the S16?

This is just 1 guys opinion, so throw all the rocks you want.

In the South Region:

Florida and Vandy win the first round. Florida wins the 2nd to make the Sweet 16, Nebraska/Vandy is a toss up, but the homer in me picks Vandy and then I don't think they can pull the upset over Florida 2x in a row. Florida to the final 4, but I can't get all the way to back-to-back titles this time.

Not that the 7-10 game is really an upset, but I'm taking the Aggies against my better judgement, but then, the fun ends with Houston in the second round.

In the West:

Hogs make it past Hawaii and High Point only to lose to Arizona in what will be a highly contested game. I like Texas to win the play-in and then beat BYU (I know, don't laugh). The Gonzaga-Texas game is an enigma, I think Gonzaga is without one of their top players, so Texas to the Sweet 16 - and then they get hammered by Purdue. Mizzou beats Miami in STL for the first round win and then lose to the same Purdue team that ends Texas' year.

In the Midwest:

Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee all win 1st round games. Georgia out versus Michigan in round 2, but they can make a game of it. Bama takes out Texas Tech but Holloway availability may swing this the other way. Tennessee can beat Virginia in the 2nd round, but I'm not sure about Kentucky over Iowa State, so I'll say no to that. I don't think Alabama survives Michigan, nor Tennessee vs. Iowa State.

If I'm following my own comments, I think I got Florida, Vandy, Arkansas, Texas, Alabama and Tennessee all in the sweet 16.

You noticed the SEC got the most teams in but only set up in 3 regions. But the other conferences has teams in all 4 regions

With Duke, Uconn and Michigan St all in the East, I think it would be tough for an SEC team not named Florida to make it past the Sweet 16 in that region too.

We saw this before with Derrick Rose

That Derrick Rose team blew the championship game. They were certainly capable of winning it all and should have won it all.

Consider this season’s unwavering trajectory upward, Missouri’s gonna win it all.

Miami and Purdue should just stay home.

I picked several including Arkansas, Florida, Vanderbilt, and Alabama.

I picked Alabama bc most brackets will pick them not be beat Texas Tech.

Philon will have the ball more. He’s a beast.

Marcelo, Imma bump your thread as the SEC has had a great day (so far, still got Georgia).

Vandy, Texas, A&M and Arky all advance!
