For those of you coming to DFW

Thx for this bigD.

Probably gonna be a lot of us Arkansas/Vandy/Oklahoma fans in your neck of the woods over the weekend.

Tyus Edney ruined us

That year sucked. UCLA went on to beat us in the title game ruining our back-to-back

I think Kentucky and/or Arkansas gets us

Florida has to do a home and home with Kentucky, so it will be difficult to win both.

I am NOT looking forward to playing Florida @Florida. Not scared, as I think we can play with anyone, but dang! Florida is looking very good right now. Auburn beat us by 20+ at home and Flordia could make it even uglier! That front court is best in the land. May turn on how Fland plays.

Don't know who you are, but I approve this message.

UK 17

Yeah, you felt compelled to do this because...? You just needed to shout "UK great, rest of SEC meh?"

LSU has had some very good teams, but Kentucky? Historically good. Thx for the reminder.

That's why Florida is undefeated in league play then?

You guys beat them and Auburn beat them. Raise your hand if you want to play them again now.

Yeah, I didn't think so.

Florida = OMG good. Looking like the team they were last year

'Bama's amateur team (not a dis, just mean you don't have the pro on your team now) looks like they will be ok.

Miss St made it a game with Hubbard.

Mizzou vs. Aggie - couldn't root for either, difficult to determine which to root against more! Bucky ball is great when hitting 11 3's in the first half, not so good making 4 in the 2nd. Kinda surprised how good both teams looked at times.

After all mid-week games, Florida clearly the best in the SEC. >27 ppg win margin over last 4 games. Kentucky and Arkansas are both sweet 16 teams but flaws probably limit ceiling.

On any given night, anybody can beat anybody - except Florida.

I used to like Oats. Now he just seems like a whiney little bitch

Not an Oats fan and sure as shite not a 'Bama fan, but c'mon ya'll. If it wasn't bama, some team was gonna try this g-league crap. I'm kinda grateful that bama stepped out there, got their hand slapped and now we have a precedent.

Hopefully, this is a step back to normalcy.

I bet on auburn but the more I think about it vandy might be due

I've watched college basketball for 50 years. I'll never get it.

Auburn blew us off the court at the Jungle. We destroyed Vandy at our place.

I really thought Auburn was 10 points better at home, but I took Vandy and the points. Good bet. But I'll never understand this, lol.

I am not going to lie, when Vandy cut it to 3, I thought "oh my word, these guys are snake bit". Great win, Sooners.

That was an away game last night at Arizona State

Yes sir, I understood it was an away game, I was just surprised their attendance record was only 2,373 or whatever.

How are you guys feeling about the Tennessee game? I know you already beat them on their home floor. The way Ament has been playing lately, this looks like a good game to watch.

Is that a misprint? I thought I heard that the Oklahoma Sooners softball team had one game attended by over 11,000 last year?

Dang bigD, I know I'm getting old, but the only "travel ball" I can remember playing in the 70's was American Legion

just asking if DVH is on any kind of hotseat or has he earned the right to retire on his own

To answer your question, DVH's seat isn't hot. I think he's earned the right to retire if/when he decides. Kinda like Norm did.

Casan Evans missing the entire list is pretty comical

Tend to agree, but it's just a list.

D1 and Perfect Game both have him 2nd team in their preseason lists.

or a late first round pick to the Jets organization?

in 2025 the #1 pick got a contract for $43.01m with a rookie salary of $7.82m. The last pick of the first round got a contract for $13,349,728, with a rookie salary of $2,427,223.

He probably could have gotten more than the 1st year salary out of NIL, but not the contract value.
