Can’t lose to a 14 or 15 if you’re hardly ever or never seeded that high.

You could have just used “and” instead of “or”

SC UK and Mizzou have all lost first round as both 2 and 3 seeds.

Notice Arizona's run:

1992 - Lost to a 14 Seeded East Tennessee State University
1993 - Lost to a 15 Seeded Santa Clara
