You must have missed Game Day this past Saturday.
All 4 guys on the set said the TIDE made the right call standing by, not suspending Miller.

Did that include Bama grad Reece Davis who made material misrepresentations on his podcast in Miller and Bama’s favor right before interviewing Bama AD Greg Byrne last week ( LINK)? The guy who refused to follow up with Byrne when Byrne avoided answering the question as to whether Miller read the text before delivering the gun?

Did that include THE LAWYER Jay Bilas who showed the legal sophistication of a drunk sorority girl yelling about “rights” as they get put in handcuffs after assaulting someone in front of police?

ESPN is deep in bed with the SEC. For the most objective reporting on this, look outside ESPN.

Bama can inquire into it and explain how the outcome of that inquiry supports its “no discipline” decision,

It is a reasonable assumption that they have and have determined there shouldn't be and therefore are "playing" him and Bradley. Like someone else posted, you just don't like the decision they have come to. But I do believe they have more information than you do.

Former ACC coach Seth Greenberg and Nortre Dame/NBA alum Laphonso Ellis are the other 2 on the GameDay set.
4/4 in agreement with the Crimson Tide's decision.

Mr.Ham I do admire your passion in destroying the Alabama basketball program.
However, I promise you it's a waste of time.

Maybe we just don't believe in the Salem witch trial approach...

And this is where I will always disagree. I don't care if it's an Alabama player or a rival player from another SEC school. What should he be kicked off the team for if he didn't commit an offense?
So now, player discipline only comes down to breaking the law?

frick, might as well not show up for practice baws

One of the dumbest takes ever, “suspension isn’t punishment” lol. You do realize players get suspended all the time and yes it can be an effective punishment

Oh really? Please link us to Miller’s response on whether he read the text message before delivering the gun.
I'd like you to provide the link showing he did read the message. The fact that the police and the prosecutor have access to millers phone records, which your dumb arse certainly doesn't, and they are not charging him with a crime, indicates that he did not. You brainless frick

If he had anything to do with it he should be in jail awaiting trial. If not then he should be fine to play. A suspension from shooty hoops isn’t a punishment, a punishment is getting kicked out of school and tried as an accessory.

I PROMISE you if one of our players did this he would have been thrown out of school. Period. The Admin wouldnt give two shits what Yuracheck or Muss/Pitt thought about it.\

Bama is one of the very few schools who is win-at-all-costs. At that makes them despicable.

players are suspended and/or kicked of the team for plenty of things that aren't illegal

The problem here is it's pretty much all or nothing. It's such a unique situation that there is no baseline for what a suspension should look like. IMO, you either have to kick him off the team or let him play with no suspension. Either choice opens up different cans of worms. I think the biggest issue has been how Alabama officials, coaches, etc have chosen to address and speak on what's happened. Lot of feet in mouths

Phone records could show he opened the text but it wouldn’t show if he read it.

Phone records won’t show if he read the text in the text preview window on his lock screen.

It’s entirely conceivable the DA could choose to have Miller as a cooperating witness instead of as a defendant even if they had records showing he opened the text.

If he didn’t read the message, his attorney and Alabama would almost certainly be shouting it from the roof top. Or maybe he plead the 5th on that question, which is his right, but Alabama would certainly be within their rights to kick him out of school for failure to provide clarity on his apparent decision to deliver the gun.

From what I’ve read it would be very difficult to successfully prosecute him as an accessory. But it’s not hard at all to conclude he acted with reckless disregard for life which contributed to the killing of an innocent woman.

Yeah it's easy for idiotic Bama haters like you to conclude that. But, if Miller were a scrub bench warmer, you wouldn't say shite.

Brandon Miller should have been suspended for choosing low lifes to hangout with off the court.
