Why do so many of you always bring up the NFL. The NFL is a different sport. We get it, the NFL loves to draft southern players. But that’s has nothing to do with anything, If it did they would just award the Natty to the team with the most draft picks.

I think there was an argument certainly to have a lot of SEC teams ranked in the top 25 in the 2010-2020 decade. They were churning out NCs and dominating bowl seasons.
The problem is that if you had 2 teams who were 8-4 year end, the SEC team was always ranked and the team from other conferences werent.
This season at one point there were like 9 teams in the SEC/B1G who had 2 losses, all 5 of the SEC teams were ranked and only 1 of the B1G teams was if I recall

Playoff data is coming in year by year and it is showing the SEC has been artificially propped up over the years. Sure, they had some dominant teams like Bama, UGA, and LSU for seasons at a time but so did other conferences.
All that is water under the bridge. The SEC no longer can get a free pass to the Semi’s without actually earning it. Last year they were given more teams in the field than anyone and they still got exposed. The data will continue to speak. The SEC has 1 legit team this coming year - UGA. But they’ll still get 4-5 teams in the playoff since the polls are ridiculously biased and they’ll lose because they simply aren’t that strong. The Bama and Ole Miss losses showed that we’ve been scammed.

Your bit got stale about a month ago. List some of these other great teams that should've won a championship had it not been for the media filling the playoff fields with SEC teams. Should be easy since you have all of the data.

Only 12 programs have more wins than Ole Miss. Punching waaaaay above our weight class.

Holy frick..are you very dumb? Most years the title is not played by the preseason 1 and 2 ranked teams. You must very, very, very new to CFB, or sports in general. The frick.
