Billionaires may like CFB, but they hate throwing their money in the trash. That's what giving a 18 year old kid a NIL deal is, throwing money in the trash.
If you're worth multiple billions and care about football, you're going to look at buying a NFL franchise, not some 5* QB who's gonna transfer next year.

Technically I think Yellowman is a billionaire now. And the Harbert’s as a family have that much but not any one member of the family. The thing missing from this is assuming billionaires in a state support the local school. And some don’t care about athletics. The Frist’s in TN are Vandy grads.

And this won't increase parity. It just means a handful of schools will dominate even more.
