Eh, I enjoy it when we actually are represented on the map. Incredibly rare, so that’s about the only time I post them

It's really easy. You can only win land that is currently owned by the team you beat. All Clemson owned in week 1 was it's own land. Anything that Clemson wins later, does not belong to UGA.
Clemson lost its week 1 land to UGA but then beat App State and picked up the land that App State owned in week 2.

I think UCLA must have gotten that Alaska land from beating Hawaii maybe? Which would mean that part Alaska is closer to Hawaii than Washington, which seems pretty wild.
