Basically. Glad you're finally being honest with yourself. Garrett admits it every night when he changes into his Carl Lawson pajamas

Think I counted 2 for Bama:

Julio and Collins

Only glaring miss to me is CJ Mosely, if I missed him

NFL Network top 100 had five for Bama. Weird

Haha Clinton Dix was at 100 and Mark Ingram was on there those 2 don't belong a top 100 players list.

CJ Mosley most definitely tho

Common Bowl, Brees was second in the league in passer rating. The man completed 72% of his passes. That is an NFL record. Brees is rolling.

Unless I overlooked someone, I count 0 from Auburn. Including no Cam. Pretty funny.

Perhaps, but I would argue Amari Cooper belongs above several WRs who made the list on the strength of one good season.

Rodgers over Brady? That’s odd.

Sounds about right to me.

Cam Newton not being included in top 100 is kind of shocking. Most of these players I dont know, but I dont watch NFL and or many games outside the SEC.

System QB. Nobody ever claimed Colt Brennan, Timmy Chang, Graham Harrell, or anybody like that was the GOAT of CFB.

Y'alls running game made the system a lot easier for him to. WRs are more open, less pass rush, less passes he has to throw so he can pick and choose his oppurtunties more.

Don't get me wrong, Drew Brees is tGOAT system QB. But he's not on the same level as guys like Peyton, Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Marino, etc.

This list looks like it puts a very heavy weight on last season, and Cooper was not very good last year (at least by his standards).

If Keanu Neal isn’t on there then I would guess zero for UF.

while age does catch up with us all.. If I remember correctly, Drew had the highest Passing efficiency last year.

to lazy to look it up and confirm..

By what metric is he not on their level? As things are currently trending, Brees will be the all-time leader in passing yards, TDs, and comp%. Brees has done it both ways, no running game, and top notch running game.

Here is a stat for you. Nine times in the history of NFL football has a QB thrown for 5,000 yards. Brees is 5 of those. No one else has more than 1. If NO had a defense more than just once every 5+ years, Brees would have more SB rings than he does too.

I guess it depends on the criteria, but I can't imagine any scenario where I would rather have Adrian Amos, Deion Jones, Malik Jackson, Lavonte David, Damon Harrison, or Marshall Yanda on my team than Cam Newton.

Thanks for proving my point about him beinf a system QB. If Brees is great why was he so average in San Diego?

San Diego pretty much sucked except for one year. I mean put Tom Brady, or any of those others guys on a bad team and they aren't going to do well either.

Brees is currently the most accurate passer in the history of the NFL. That is "actual talent" no matter what "scheme" is being run.
