In 2018, Rodgers should definitely be over Brady. He’s arguably been a better individual player for years, but Brady has had a better team and a much better coach than Rodgers. On an individual basis and what either could bring to the table, it’d be ridiculous to think Brady’s 2018 skill set is better than Rodgers’ 2018 skill set. That being said, the AFC sucks and no one will beat Brady for the Conference until they actually do. It’s like LeBron and the NBA East, except Brady actually oftentimes wins against the team coming out of the superior half of the professional league

The only voters are current players. There are weird biases across the board. Though, Brees had a down year with regards to his individual performance last season because Ingram and Kamara blew the doors down off of damn near everybody. You don’t have to chuck it on 2nd and 7 if Kamara can get 13...

Agreed. He took a noticeable step back in quality of play last year, and with the Saints running game like it is now, Brees' numbers are only going to continue to drop. He should probably be closer to #50, age is a bitch.
