No it won't. You think LOLSU is going to sue the SEC over a rule every other member agreed to? That would be one of the dumbest moves ever made in the history of football. That would give your football team the death penalty.
The ignorance of some of you LOLSU fans is absolutely epic.
LSU isn't and won't ever be suing anyone.
Everything going on right now is from the group of players and their lawyers. If they get the injunction granted Monday who's stopping them from suing the SEC and Big 10 and whoever else?

You wanna come back to the thread? The player's attorney just said live on Baton Rouge radio that he amended the TRO request to include the SEC AND Greg Sankey along with the NCAA to block any new bylaws/laws/rules/whatever until a judge rules. He wants to depose Sankey on September 3rd.
FYI, the attorney representing these players is wild but is really, really good.

I don't think these dudes should be allowed to play college football but they're not going down without a fight. They have the right attorney to fight with them too. They'll be in court on September 3rd so maybe we'll get some juicy info for a GameDay story.

A judge nor the NCAA can tell the SEC what rules they can or can't make as long as they are not asking the members to do anything illegal. These attorneys are just taking these players to the bank. Nothing about any of this is illegal. Attorneys get paid by the hour.

Just depends.
A judge could view the NCAA and its member conferences colluding to circumvent court orders as illegal. A long shot, but it certainly is possible.

We'll see what happens next week.

They affectionately liken themselves to the a-hole of a raccoon. I'd say they arent very serious people.
