So now judges determine the roster in BR? What a worthless state
You need to get a grip. LSU is not making your life fall apart. Maybe go see a counselor?

Yep. Raised them….all eagles and proud Aggies.
Also direct large engineering team comprised of predominantly Aggies. Very proud of them too.
I believe all of those Aggies would disagree with you

Don’t feel bad since it was LSU whom started all of this …. they are done .

But we don't have to PLAY them.
Not yet. This shite wouldn't shock me if we get to the point that we start seeing lawsuits for lack of playing time.

Sankey's sanctions
Sankey will lose his job over this. He has shown clear bias against a member school.

this would mean any player could sue if they get cut from a program. I don't buy it. People are misunderstanding the ruling. He can sue all he wants, that doesn't force LSU to roster them. They still have control over the roster. it's an empty threat.
LSU is NOT currently under an explicit court order saying “Wright and Harris must be placed on the roster.”
What LSU is under is a broader injunction saying it cannot take action that harms the plaintiffs' ability to compete. The players’ lawyer is arguing that refusing to roster them would violate that language, and he's threatening to ask the judge to hold LSU in contempt if LSU refuses.
That would create the next legal question: Why did LSU leave them off?
If LSU said:
“We aren't rostering them because the SEC threatened us with sanctions,”
the plaintiffs would have a very strong argument that LSU is doing exactly what the injunction was designed to prevent.
But imagine Kiffin said:
“They're eligible. I simply don't think Wright is one of our best 105 football players.”
That's a much stranger proposition for a judge to call contempt, because it would effectively mean the injunction has transformed into a judicially guaranteed roster spot. Nothing I've found says the order expressly does that.
What's next? a player sues because he's not starting?
just fricking blow up college football and get it over with. This is getting ridiculous.
and people thought we were going to be the ones to blow up the conference
