We had a horrible Week 0
Tennessee brought the entertainment in Week 1
Tennessee thrilled us in Week 2
Week 3 was pretty soft but it gave us the helicopter gif (kids got a huge sack for that effort)

Overall I'm still entertained.

I dunno. The Mississippi State Roflcopter was pretty entertaining.

Boring start to the season for sure. LSU's offense might actually be the biggest surprise in CFB so far this year. Which is both impressive and sad.

And the honeymoon was boring?

Only 6 good teams so it’ll only be exciting watching those teams face each other.

It seems like the big boys this season are feasting this season on much softer cupcakes.

I mean somewhat. No huge, major upsets really. Some good games, some surprising failures(Tenn, FSU, etc).

For UF fans it's certainly not been boring

The older I get the more into the NFL I get. Maybe it's because of Fantasy Football. I don't know.. might also have to do with the fact that I feel a lot more removed from the college/tailgate scene even at 31. I rather enjoy a relaxing Sunday Funday at the bar watching NFL all afternoon.

Mack Brown-Clemson would be an epic upset, although unlikely.

Clemson's back 7 is a rolling ball of butcher knives. Nobody in the ACC is going to score more than 17 on the Tigers.

Nope. Everyone is just waiting on Bama/UGA in the SECCG.

Last season seemed much better as far as I remember. This year the games aren’t even close and pretty much no one has been upset so far.

VOLS made week 1 pretty exciting and interesting for everyone living outside the 865 and 423 area codes

Beating Texas in Austin >>>>> beating Miami in Dallas.

1.5/3 games for LSU have been close.

You need to lurk the in-game TRant threads. People are ALWAYS upset in those.

I didn’t say there are no fanbases which should be enjoying this season more. I said that overall the college football landscape has been incredibly bleh for the first quarter of this season. Try to keep up.

translation: "my team sucks and there hasn't been enough chaos"

Nothing about the season has been exceptionally boring. Every year has a ton of cupcake matchups the first 2-3 weeks. There was a lack of big kickoff games this year, but that has more to do with teams like UF and Miami being a bit down/in flux, Bama having to settle on Duke as a replacement for their original Miami matchup. If you didn't enjoy that Oregon/Auburn game, you just don't enjoy college football... It was far from perfect play, but that describes about 90% of most college football games.

I didn't bother to read all your bullshite about "college football landscape", I just answered your question: "Can you recall a more boring start to the season??"

The fact is that I don't really have time to follow 'the college football landscape', I pretty much just follow LSU, and some of LSU's opponents. But yeah, I imagine if I was a fan of that clusterfrick going on just outside of Clemson, I'd be pretty "bleh" too.

Wait, is that a rooster in the rearview mirror?

Yeah, I don't think he's going to catch the bus I'm on.

LMAO! You better. Unless the shrimp boat captain can suck in another super star grad student QB. Homegrown QBs are highly rare at LSU brah.

Hope Burrow wins the Heisman this year.
