True story, back in 2010, right after the Arkansas State game before anybody outside of Auburn really knew who he was my sisters roommate (no pics of either) almost ran Cam Newton over as he crossed a crosswalk on his moped. She was 5-10 feet from becoming he most hated person in Auburn.

You beat me to it.

Cam wants to be over the top, but he is not what most want to think he is. He enjoys putting on a show.

ETA: these downvotes are painful... I think I put a quality post out there and then see a huge down arrow

Best of luck to the guy, any person that is a human deserves empathy in times like these.

I hate people driving those top heavy vehicles, I was a milkman for 15 years and you have to understand the dynamics of driving top heavy vehicles.

Hope Cam recovers soon, seems he has grown up a little in the last 2 years.

So he is not hurt? The last I heard on the local radio(espn) here in NC he had some injury and they were talking about him going off in the ambulance.

I thought he rode that because his drivers license was pulled. Then Coach Chizik told him to stop riding that too.

Normally I hate Rams, especially the newer ones, but he had that thing looking pretty pimp.

I just would have never pictured him driving that. When I saw a pic of Roddy White's truck, I could see him driving that. Cam in a matte black, jacked up Ram was a surprise.

What type of vehicles does one drive? I am actually curious cause all i can think of is big rig's with cartoned milk and the big rigs that transport it like gas trucks do.

No shite. I always thought the story of Cam almost getting ran over on his moped and almost ruining the 2010 season was a good one. Maybe it's better when the girl who it happened to tells it

The old ones I drove were yellow and piece of craps. When we bought Baker Dairy out I got one of their trucks and you couldn't push in the clutch because the steering wheel was so low that I had to bend my knee sideways to get my foot up high enough to hit the clutch, then the truck would go BOOM BABABABA BOOM ( gas truck ) it was funny as hell.

But we got brand new trucks after George Barber sold out.

But any U-Haul mid size truck is top heavy, if you have to swerve one way you better swerve it back real quick and keep swerving back and forth ( lesser each time ) or that truck will flip.

No fractures per ESPN.

Good thing he wore a seat belt.

You're just pissed because you're an Auburn fan. If MCarron was in a car wreck, you'd be falling over yourselves to make the snarkiest comment.

You're clueless.

It's funny the Manziel fan boy would have such a hard on for Cam.

A milkman such as the ones leaving bottles on porches?

I'm in my thirties and have never seen one of those.

Are those bored housewife stories true?

I am a Cam fan. He's a good guy and not responsible for his dad's actions.

Seems like he will be okay which is great news. Good thing he was wearing his seatbelt.

Story I saw said it was a 2 car accident. I hope the person/people in the other car are alright also.

weird, the truck cab looks reasonably in tact, but he broke both legs... was he thrown out of it, as in not wearing a belt?
