Best thing about a Friday win is we get to troll all day tomorrow with no recourse.

It is so fun for Auburn to win and to then get to watch other teams play!

WDE!
Assuming Bama and UGA are two of our rivals, I'd like to see Miss St, Vandy or maybe Ole Miss as our third.

It is cool to play Florida and LSU, but we would play them pretty regularly anyway.

We have historically had a tough schedule and it would still be tough with bama and Georgia. I say take a slight breather for the third.
I'm mixed on this. I think MLB needs to be very careful to protect historical rivalries, but getting things more geographically focused makes a lot of sense.

Adding teams means it is tougher to win a championship, but population has grown a ton since the last expansion.

It is kind of crazy that North Carolina doesn't have a team. I think Charlotte or Raleigh/the Triangle could support one.

Charlotte is slightly larger but already has NFL, NBA, and MLS. The Triangle only has NHL (plus three major universities).
Yes, they are really ripping us:

Why Auburn is completely justified in claiming 4 more national titles

Duke didn’t win a title until 1991

Is their blood really blue?

While it is true that Duke didn't win the tournament until 1991, they had eight final four appearances (starting in 1963) and four runner ups (starting in 1964) before that season, so they had a lot of history and success for decades before.
Go Nats!

I lived in DC when they came to town. It was cool to be there from the start.

I think those new uniforms are pretty nice. I may buy a hat.
I live in Raleigh and am a casual Hurricanes fan. I didn't grow up watching hockey, but it is a lot of fun, especially live. I usually go to a couple of games and year.

With your user name, I think you should gravitate towards the Hurricanes.
I'm a moderate NHL fan (go Canes!). Don't think I've ever watched anything NHL all-star related, but i think this is pretty cool.

Next year is obviously the winter Olympics. Have they announced if this is going to be a regular thing after that? Maybe every 4 years?
I love Camden. I've been to 13 MLB parks, and my two favorites are Camden and San Francisco/Oracle with Wrigley in third.

I think Camden is more important than Oracle bc it kicked off the whole retro movement. Oracle's waterfront location is more spectacular. Both are great.

I haven't been to Fenway, PNC/Pittsburgh, or Petco, all of which i want to visit.
Like others have said, I think the goal is for each team to play one international game per year and to have one international game each week.

This expands the number of fans in other countries and also opens up another time slot in the US.

I used to think they were going to move a team, but I'm not sure now. Travel would be really tough on that team, maybe they just rotate. Or maybe they eventually do a division in Europe.
I've always loved the water, and I think as you get older it makes sense to have easy access to medical facilities etc. I would choose a beach house.

The rising insurance costs and chance of hurricanes do make me second guess that, and I would consider a mountain place.
Lots of good answers here. I think it was a combination of things through the years. Lots of places have a major event that causes growth but then they don't keep it up. Atlanta has had a series of events.

One thing about Delta. I've also read Atlanta recruited the company while Birmingham was less welcoming and had the fuel tax, but I've also read Delta preferred Atlanta because of Atlanta's location in the eastern time zone. Central time in Birmingham was more difficult to coordinate

I saw Hideo Nomo throw a no-hitter against the Baltimore Orioles in 2001. It was the first no-hitter ever at Camden Yards
We rotate which side we get together with mine thanksgiving and hers Christmas this year, then reverse next year.

Sometimes we visit, sometimes we host. That is not a strict rotation and has been trending more toward hosting.
Great cities. This is probably obvious, but the variety of temples is amazing.

In Kyoto I particularly liked Fushimi Inari (thousands of orange gates) Kiyomizu Temple (on a mountain top), and Kinkaku-ji (The Golden Pavilion).

The food is amazing. I went to the old fish market which was really cool, but I know the have relocated to a new one.

It's a fun experience to go once or twice a year. Like stepping in a time machine.

I usually get a chili dog, frosted orange, and fries or onion rings.
In some ways I'd say my mid-twenties to early thirties. I was in good health, reasonably fit, making solid money, and having a ton of fun as a single guy.

In other ways I would say now. I'm older, but in decent shape for my age, still make a solid living, have a great wife and amazing kids, good equity in my house and savings/investments. I have a lot more responsibilities and life may be less "fun" but is very fulfilling.
My personal favorite TV episode of all time made it on the list at #35.

Clyde Bruckman’s Final Repose from The X-Files.
Awesome to have a pair of American men in a semifinal of a major. Been waaayyyy too long.

I think Fritz has looked more consistent this tournament, but he has never been this far in a major.

Hope we get good Tennis but that is isn't a marathon so whoever wins isn't gassed for the final.

USA!
